If you will be staying for more than
4 weeks, we require that you enter into a rental agreement
and that you pay a NZD$200 cash deposit which will be
returned upon check out. Early cancellation of
contract will result in a penalty not exceeding NZD$200
Power is not included in weekly rates for single/twin
rooms under long-term(more than 4weeks) contracts.
